NEW APPROVED LEARNER'S LICENCE BOOK
The Life Orientation subject at school now includes a learner's licence as an optional certificate course counting towards a learner's year mark, Maskew Miller Longman is publishing an updated learner's licence book, screened and approved by the Department of Education. OUR MISSION

Almost half (48%) of the 1,1 million people writing their learner’s licence tests in South Africa every year, fail.

We aim to increase this pass rate with our initiatives so that more people can become qualified drivers and, therefore, be more employable and contribute to an economically active society. In the process we are doing our bit to uplift communities, ultimately assisting the government in their duty to alleviate poverty.

A shocking half of all motorists on SA roads have fake driver’s licences, according to recent media reports.

With our study aids we hope to encourage more drivers to become legal and make our roads a safer place.
